The reason so many of the spiritual and energetic paths create transformation is not necessarily because they are inherently right and the absolute source of truth but because they give us imagery to work with.
Over time the practitioner moves from left brain linear thinking to right brain associative thinking, which is more liberating and gives rise to feelings of intuition and insight.
Also being able to stay in any process for a duration of time trains our minds to be focused and that is an enhancement of our awareness. So it is almost immaterial which path one takes as long as one perseveres with it and goes deeper.
From personal experience I can say that the last 20% of achieving something is far more difficult than the first 80% and that’s why so many of us jump from one path to another.
I read somewhere years ago the difference between development and variety and I think that’s what it means.
